ok from listening to these ladies I have learned that one of the keys is making and sticking to a weekly and even daily plan.  I think I will attempt a weekly one for now to break me in a bit.
 
This week I WILL go to the gym 3 times.  I WILL not have any soda pop.  I WILL  lower my carbs a bit.  I WILL take time away each day for myself.  I WILL post up three times a day.  I WILL ask for advice and help when needed.  (This is a huge one as I never ask for help from anyone.)  and mostly this week I WILL lose some weight!!

Okay this week we are going to try a few new things. 
 
For one week I will have nothing WHITE.  We will see how that goes. 
I WILL workout three times this week at least for a half hour either at the gym or here.
 
I will keep up with the water that is going very well!

Ok with a loss so great this week I am going to say that what I tried WORKED!  I didn't follow completely.  But there was no rice this week and no potatoes except for one spoonful one night.  I had a couple of other distractions but nothing major and I did GREAT!
So for this week I am going ot keep doing the same thing.  Get exercise every day!  Try to get to 10,000 steps each day and every day this week.  And keep cutting to carbs.
You are doing amazing!! KEEP IT UP!!
