Hi, Well I am here and have listened to a lot about planning. One of my biggest problems is trying to live by a plan or schedule. So I think I am going to take this slowly. I know it won't look by much but if I start small I might be able to work myself up to the big stuff...lol. For this weekend and the next week I am going to try to drink a lot more water and to go for a walk once a day. This is just going to be a start and will try to work toward bigger thinks gradually.
