The last 10 days were something of a minor setback. All is not lost, since my previous progress was good.  Actually I'm looking forward to a little jump start.  Today I'm at 165. 162.5 by March 1. I will track my calories and exercise everyday. I will take my vitamins and drink my water.  I will start now by doing a 70 minute exercise routine.
