My Plan: -eat less than 2000 calories per day (way less if I can manage)... this will be kept track of on www.fitday.com -exercise at least one hour per day -the stuff that I eat will be healthy (i.e. salad, vegetable or bean soup, etc.) -drink lots of water
If it takes 29 days for a habit to set in, then the first month of this will be very hard, and after that it will be slightly less hard. One week at a time! I can do it! |
