 Monday: trampoline at lunch, Gazelle 45 min
 Tuesday: tramp @ lunch, swimming after work.
 Wednesday tramp, then maybe jog in afternoon or gazelle, weightlifting
 Thursday tramp, swimming
 friday tramp, gazelle, maybe resistance bands.
