 12 500 ml bottles ? thats 6 lt of water ! that is 
way too much dear.  There is such a thing as drinking too much water and 
its not good. 
  
Here's a good formula i have to figure out the 
average one person should drink : 
  
Take your weight in kg and divide it by 8. That'll 
give u the number of cups you should drink. So for me, im 94kg so it comes to 
11.75 cups which totals 2.75 lt a day.  I really think 6 liters is 
overdoing it hon !
