Monday- walk dogs around lake- done
tuesday- work and dance- done
wednesday- dance-done
thursday - go to gym - sick
friday - go to gym hour 1/2 work out- didnt get to
saturday- go to gym after wake up - family events.. but i did dig a hole does that count as exercise cuz im sure feeling it today!
sunday- go to gym after work- not done yet..but im going to after work at 5:30 tonite!!! i'v also went from 174.. to 171 .. i weighed this smorning at work!! woo hoo! its a good start..but hopefully not the end!
