Well I start my "week" over on Friday when i weigh myself, and this week so far I've done two aerobics and one toning session . . . I normally don't workout at all on the weekend, but this afternoon when my husband I and I got back from Myrtle Beach, SC I did a little aerobic workout while he was working out, so I could start burning off some of the fat that I ate yesterday and today
My goal for the rest of the week is four more aerobics and toning sessions, as well as staying on my program for the rest of the week. I'm also going to make it my goal to work up to 300 minutes of exercise in a week. Right now I'm doing about 250 a week. Not expecting to get 300 minutes this week (though I may with the extra aerobics session i did today) but it's another mini-goal for me to work towards.
