Wk 1/8/06-1/15/06:
Windsor Pilates-45 minutes Mon, Wed, Friday
Windsor Pilates-20 minutes Tues, Thursday
If weather permits I plan on riding the bike for a little while on Saturday. I have to prep for a 25 mile ride next month. I hurt my foot in November so I am supposed to be taking it easy because it is not healing right but I am going crazy sitting on my butt. My goal is to do Pilates one week and the FIRM the other....that way it keeps things mixed up a little. I am also back to my diet...which sad to say I left over the last couple of months. Let's see how this goes!
