Exercise Daily, either a full 30 to 45 minutes or increments of 15 minute walks.
Yoga workout early morning or ideal if I could include a small workout in evening, but this will definately be pushing it...
Drink plenty of water at least 2 liters each day...
Get outside during the day in the air for a quick walk...
Eat healthier to include servings of veggies, and fruits in each meal.
