I'm leaving to visit family in Vegas on Thursday, 5/25, and it would be nice to lose a couple pounds by then. Here's my daily plan:
  *Breakfast: healthy cereal w/fruit and soymilk
  *Snack at school: dried blueberries or a granola bar
  *Lunch: either a healthy sandwich (no excess mayo, cheese, etc) or a Healthy Choice meal
  *Dinner: Same as lunch
  *Exercise: Cardio for at least 30 min everyday. Strength train on Saturday, Monday, and Wednesday.
  *Have fun, believe in myself, and stick with it! I can do this!

That sounds like a really great plan Heather.  A trip to Vegas sounds fun.  You can stick with it...especially with a fun motivation like that!  Good luck!     Lisa  |

  Blah, I totally haven't stuck to my plan at all. Only 2 days until Vegas. I will make the best of it! And then I'll make a plan for Vegas.... |
