I'm currently on the e-diets plan, but since I just went shopping before I started, we don't have the grocery money to do extra shopping, so I'll just be following a low-calorie diet until the end of May when I'll start to follow their food plan more. As it is, I'm trying to be creative and use up all the food in the house so I can start fresh in June.
I'm eating everything that the rest of my family is for each meal (for the most part), but I keep a notepad on the frig so that I'll look at it and write down my calories every time I grab something to eat.
Three healthy meals, pay close attention to portion sizes, and drink at least 8 glasses of water each day. Then as long as I stay under my allowed 1400 calories, I can have whatever snack I want.
30 minutes of cardio (walking or exercise video) every day but Sunday. I hope to lose 3 pounds in this next week, but I'd be happy with 2!
