This coming weeek I intend to build up my steps that I walk each day.... slowly but surely.... with an aim of 10,000 being in my head for being optimum for health.
I will stick to my meal plan and Exercise your Age challenge....
I will endevour to break my havbit of drinking diet cola and other diet soft drinks.....
I will take up the habit of having a daily vitamin pill
I will continue to aim to have two and a half or three litres of water a day
I will continue to aim to have at least five portions of fruit/veg every day.
And I will smile!!!!!!!!!
