I will make sure that I eat five portions of fruit and veg a day.
I will stick to my food plan and experiment with different meals.
I will not have any diet cola for at least five out of the next seven days.
I will exercise each and every day.... a minimum of at least 35 mins a day
I will drink 2 - 3.5 litres of water a day
I will keep a food diary of everything I eat....
I will keep track of the amount of steps I take in a day
I will do everything I cna this week to make sure that June is a very successful month for me esepcially in regards to diet and exercise.
