5 Step Current Daily plan:
  
 1:  Drink more water! Lots more water.  1 cup a week doesn't count!!
 2:  Quit skipping meals: Eat Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
 3:   Do not eat after 6pm, No 3 am snacking because I can't sleep and I am board.
 4:   Work out Plan: 30 minutes a day NO MATTER WHAT, and yes it is 105 degrees outside so I cannot go for a walk.  But that is no excuse, I have a tred-mil, step, yoga ball, hand weights,  and air conditioning.
 5: Sleep more, quit pulling all nighters, so I am rested, and ready to work out.
