Here is my plan for the weekend
1. I will not allow any of my girlfriends talk me into going out for lunch/ dinner or drinks - No matter how hard they beg!
2. I will spend a lot of time playing in the backyard with my daughter/ dogs and gardening
3. I will make it to the gym on both Saturday and Sunday
4. And I will cook a big batch of healthy chicken and veggie soup to last me most of the week.
5. And last but not least.....I will try to keep moving at all times!
