Plan for 26th-31st.
No days off, so I'm planning on getting my exercise in either in the morning or afternoon, no excuses because of "no time". I've done 3 weeks so far why the HECK would I stop now?
Hoping to drop this 5 pounds and be down to 200 in a week. I know it's tough but it's what I've been averaging and heck, I can do it!!!! I know I can!!! (but if I only lose three pounds, that's ok too)
Going to double up on weights, morning and evening...at least 15 minutes. Have been slacking on that. Need to buy a stopwatch, and sunglasses.
Also, going to remember sunscreen when I go for my walk. I'm not going to get healthy and then find out, I have skin cancer! |

Down to 200, took me a LITTLE while longer (a couple of days).
I'm working hard on getting healthier and working out often. I'm getting up earlier and working out harder. I'm cooking my meals and planning my food out better...making sure I get calories throughout the day so I don't get a headache.
New goal. Drop 5 pounds by the end of Feb. Drink at least 4 Liters of water/day. Do 30 minutes of cardio/6 days a week. Walking does count because I can't do much jumping around up here in the second floor.
Thats about it.
Weight now 200 End of Feb 195
