Friday the 4th after my son has left for school at 8;10am i am going to eat breakfast which will be a grapefruit without sugar and a coffee then do both of my tapes of pilates also do twists of 150 in the afternoon after cleaning the house i intend to go outside for a bit either in my backyard or for a walk when back home i would like to do 20 minutes on my eliptical or my exercise bike i am not going to miss eating lunch because i have had a habit of skipping lunch and breakfast and i am also going to try to drink more water
