Hi everyone!
Tomorrow is laundry day! It's supposed to be warmer and sunny.. so I am going to get the bedding done from all our beds and hang them outside to dry in the wonderful fresh autumn air!
For breakfast I'm going to make apple/cinnamon oatmeal {made with apple juice and sliced apples}. Along with that I will have my homemade iced cap. I buy the strongest coffee I can to perk, and then add some sweetener, and some french vanilla coffemate to it.. yummy!!
Lunch is going to be a salad and a bowl of soup.
Dinner is going to be some chicken dish that hubby is making.. not sure exactly what the sauce it.. I know it's not butter chicken... I think it's a sauce with coconut milk in it. Along with that will be some Cucous {sp?}, and some veggies.
I'm also going to make some SF banana muffins.
I walked out to the field today.. twice.. so tomorrow I'm going to try to walk back to the entrance of our bush.. normally that would be a 8 minute walk, but with my leg bothering me right now, it takes over 10 minutes to walk to the edge of our backyard and back to the house again. but I see an improvement every day with my leg.. I just can't wait for it to be back to normal again.
