 OFF WORK B- Cereal
                       SN - Baby Carrots or Boiled egg
                        L- Tuna on Wheat Crackers, or Salad or Turkey on Wheat
                        S- Small Portions with Family
                        SN - Fruit or jello
                        Water - A Must and a lot
                       Cardio - Gazzelle - 2 miles
                        Tone - From my Tone book - 1 section
  
 Work Days B- Cereal at noon
                   Snack at work - Fruit or Dill Pickle
                    S- Lean Cusine Meal
                  Snack - Raw Veggies or low cal snack 
                   Water - A Must !!!!!!!
                  Cardio - 1/2 Bike 1/2 Tredmill by NOON 2 miles
                  Tone by 1:00pm - 1 section
  
 Journal on Fit day daily in AM! 
  
 I must do this! If I keep doing what I'm doing I will have what I've got! I will take 10 weeks to loos 20 pounds at 2 pounds a week! That means by April 18th I should be able to do this!!!!!!!
