Put 4 cups of Chkn. Broth (or Veg. broth if vegetarian) in a pot on Medium heat.
Dice up the following:
6-7 lg carrots 2 tbsp fresh ginger 2 cloves garlic 1 lg onion Pepper and Salt to Taste
Add diced ingredients into broth and heat until "mushy"
Cool a bit and Blend with either a food processor, or a hand blender.
Heat again and serve. |
