I'm not done yet, still truckin' away here but it had been so long since I posted I thought I would report my success :)
I started becoming serious about my health last year when I realized I weighed 209 lbs and was in a size 16!!  I tried fad diets and crazy exercise, nothing was working so I gave up for 6 whole months :(  The good news is that I started back in March with a realistic meal plan.  I eat lots of produce, lots of healthy proteins, very low carbs, and I eat small amounts every 2-3 hours.  It's really a habit now and I can't imagine eating the way I used to eat !! I do enjoy a splurge when I want it, but I don't feel guilty, it's just what I chose to eat that day and that's that.  I also work out about 5 days a week.  Typically it's pilates but I do throw in some TaeBo now.  I just started the Tae Bo this month because it used to really hurt my knees.  Now I got some weight off before I started back and no problems whatsoever.  I am happy to report that currently I weigh 176 lbs which is a 33 lb loss so far and am currently wearing a size 9!!!

Way to go Tara!

I have no idea how u survived that low carb thing, i sure couldn't; i passed out on that diet, and to think that a doctor put me on it!

I now have sound advice from my dietician, using my complex carbs to my advantage and staying away from my danger zones. So soon i'll be like u, writing on my incredible weight loss!
