 What a helpful post.
 Can you let everyone know what your biggest motivators were?  and what did you do to get through the really tough times?
 I have the same weakness  you have struggled with. . .Slowly I let the exercise dwindle and the portions get bigger and I slack after a weight loss.
 Good for you for finding the strength to get back in the game w/out loosing it all (gaining it all) completely.  This has been hugely motivational for me.  Thank you.
