Hi Everyone! I am a Newbie Here in the Group! Last July 28th 2006 I weighted 202. I became sick with Gerds. I lost a couple of pounds right off the bat and not trying.and My doctor told me to Lose weight and Exercise to help contain the acid from Gerds. I cut calories too 1200-1550 a day threw in some Exercise and strenght trainning and now I weight 144 and down to a size 8-10.
Loving It! I dont suffer with Gerds anymore. I can buy my clothes off the Rack in most any store. That feels so Great! Now,I have to still lose a few more pounds but most of all I want to maintain my size. I will be dieting forever I suppose in one way or the other.
