Nic, Congratulations to you! I am too on the same journey...I have had 2 knees from a jogging with 2 dogs accident and many knee surgeries to help; but made it worse..always get a 2 , 3 , 4 opinion is my advice; so I too let life's boo boos! get in my way...frankly I wish I had a doctor who would be FRANK with me! I know what is going to happen if I don't get all of this off and I am scheduled for knee surgery in Sept to replace my rt. knee...I may beg to get it done in the University of Iowa who are the best...here you don't get the best of care in the nursing dept. and family HAS to be there or you are sunk. 4 gals I know of ended up having to have more major surgery as it wasn't donme correctly and didn't have good follow up care ect. But, I tried all of those and more and just sent for the program Cee is on with her DH...I haven't opened it yet; my grandson is taking up all of my time and I love it so I will make some big decisions after Sunday. Good luck lady! Walking on bone on bone is unreal pain and so I don't walk a normal gait and now both knees are that way..but they will only do one at a time. Best go for now...thankyou for the post, it was SO real to me! Keep movin'! Colleen
