Walked passed the creek, around the lake, past the old gate to the top of the slope. (Never noticed how steep the hill was while I was in the car.) On the way back, I was standing looking at the forest & a deer walked onto the road 20 feet from me. I talked to him for awhile till he continued to the creek to drink. I love it out there so much when I walk, I wonder why I have such a hard time to get myself out. -Forest

Walked the last two mornings. Sunday I was with Lori & her dog. A slower walk but went to the old gate then to her place.
This morning I went to the old gate. It's a 3 Km walk return. Later I walked to the creek & back. -Forest

This morning & yesterday morning I walked Bear to the peninsula. I'll do that for him each morning to get him out. Then alone, I walked to the horse gate then to the end of Beaver Bay.

I noticed my shadow today, my hips are very stiff when I walk. I shouldn't be suprized since I don't move around during the day. Need to find the yoga tape & do some work on my spine. -Forest
