Water,Water Everywhere and not a drop we drink!

Our bodies are almost two-thirds water.
Our brain is 75% water.
Muscles are 75% water.
Dehydration can cause dizziness and headaches.
Blood is over 90% water.
Water helps to convert food into energy.
Water regulates body temperature

Do you�?/STRONG>
Drink eight 8 oz. glasses a day.
Drink before you feel thirsty.
Drink one extra glass for every hour of exercise.

How come�?/STRONG>
A lot of the fluids that Americans drink are dehydrating, such as caffeinated and alcoholic drinks. Thirty five percent of all Americans are not even aware of how much water to drink.  Americans think that all fluids hydrate the body.

Why don’t we�?
Drink at least eight 8 oz. glasses of water every day
Consume 1 extra glass for every hour of exercise that you do
Limit the number of caffeinated drinks to a minimum.
