The motivation and inspirational input from everyone on the board keeps me "charged". I have found a "family" that knows the issues I face trying to lose weight. I see the success of so many that are almost at their goal and at the goal. As well as, those facing day-to-day up's and down's and everyone pulling together to support one another, either by personal experience or heartfelt emotion from sensing their mood. There is a true unity between us all !!
I thank you all and hope in turn I can help each and everyone of you when you need it as well.
