Hi everyone! Not sure what anyone would want to know about me, so I guess I'll just jump right in.
I'm 36 years old, mom of three and a newlywed. I am a partner in a karaoke/dj service, which keeps me plenty busy.
I woke up the other day just plain tired of being heavy. First thing I did was give up my atrocious Pepsi habit, and have been learning how to eat healthy again.
Any and all advice would be appreciated!
