Tuesday, Dec 28th Weight is currently 235 lbs, I've just been maintaining over the holidays, cant beleive I actually maintained...lol. Christmas present to myself this year was a membership to one of the local gyms for a year. Starting Jan 1st. This is the year to finally lose the rest of my weight. Goal weight is 165 lbs. Hard to beleive I started out 2 yrs ago at 315 lbs. |

Took new measurements. Measurements at start in April '02------------ now in 2005 thighs( each ) -30" 28" Upper Arm - 18" 17" Lower Arm- 13.5" 11.5" Calf- 20" 16.5" Under breasts- 46" 39" Around stomach- 55.5" 47" Waist- 47" 39" Around butt/hips- 55.5" 50" Ankle- 11" 9.5" Inches gone to date = 41 Pounds gone to date =80 |

Jan 22, 2005 Now sitting at 227 lbs, gained quite a bit of muscle mass now since starting Body For Life, today is day 20 and havent missed a workout yet ! |

Hey everyone....havent been here for quite a long time. Considering I havent had any progress to report...lol Not long after the last post in January we found out we are pregnant. So the weight loss is on a bit of a hiatus. I am now 16.5 weeks, and have gained 10 lbs. My total gain I am hoping for is only aprox 20 lbs. I've been working out still and trying not to indulge in too many of my cravings. Just figured I'd check in and see how everyone has been doing. Hope everyone is feeling well and doing well on their weight loss journeys. |
