Okay so today is my first day at this site but I love it already! There is sooo much to do! I've decided that my diet/new active life will start tomorrow...So I guess I'll start with all the general info...
  
 I was on a couple of different sites this morning that helped me do a lot of calculations and I think that and of course my actual weight are the things that I will keep track of...

 Height: 5'5" ish or 65inches
 Weight: 145lbs
 BMI: 24
 BF%: 32% 
 Activity Factor: 0.77
  
 I mostly want to bring my weight BMI and BF% down, especially my BF% which is so high right now! 
  
 GOALS
 Ideal Weight: 120lbs
 BMI: 19-21
 BF%: 22%
  
 So wish me luck! I start tomorrow!!
