My name is Christine. I am a SAHM in Massachusetts. I have about 125 pounds to lose. WOW its tough seeing it on here!
I am ready to do the work. That also means the set backs.
I currently weight 256. I also just started meds for depression so after a 14 pound loss I put back on about 5-6 pounds.

Hope to get to know you all better
Christine

Hi Christine,

I am sure you can do it.....

perhaps you can make it easier on yourself by splitting your goal down into manageable smaller goals. I'm in the UK so we still work in stones and pounds so each goal of mine is to loose a stone at a time .... a stone is 14 lb.  I still have 70 lb to go after loosing some 40 lb and that sounds a little daunting some days.

I know about medication putting the weight on.... I had some new medication that put on the weight and in the end said to my doctor I wasn't going to take it any more cause of the weight gain.... he said ok.... and this has made all the difference to me switching to a medication that doesn't aid weight gain... so make sure that the weight gain is only temporary.... and if not realsie there are more than one of any type of tablet out there.....

look forward to getting to know you better....
