I'm new to the group and am really excited about having support in my weight loss journey! I'm currently at 151. I started e-diets last week and lost 4 pounds in 7 days, but I think my scale is a little wacky, because this morning I weighed myself and I was 155. Then 3 hours later I weighed myself and I was 151. I have my 10 year high school reunion on July 15th, but my main goal is just to be healthier in general.
I always feel sluggish and tired and I'm tired of feeling like I have no control over how I look and what I eat. I can't wait to make big progress!
