Tommorow (where it's already 12:30) morning I'll weigh myself and start keeping track of my progress here. I'm also going to start writing down the foods I eat...every little tiny bit.

Lost two pounds so far.

Didn't eat much for breakfast and dinner yesterday, but had one slice of pizza, and about 6 garlic fingers with sauce. Put me at about 1200-1300 calories easily thoughout the day. However, I didn't buy pop of any kind when we went to the movies, passed on snacks, drank 9 glasses of water, and walked about 2 hours all in all because we walked to the mall, to the theater, and to the Superstore where we had dinner.

Even did some strength training. All in all, had fun and was a good day.

Well, I walked to the mall yesterday, worked today, and lost 5 pounds.

Down another pound.  Started SmartBurn with Hoodia on Tuesday (I think).  Using one pill a day three times a day.  Don't bother buying the stuff though...after reading the instructions and following the directions I don't think you could gain weight because you eat an hour after you take the pill AND don't eat at night.

I dont' write down the foods I eat because honestly, I know I'm eating healthy.  Usually it's one lean cuisine for dinner, breakfast is fruit, yougart or toast or a mixture of two of them.  Today I had all three because I was starving and didn't eat until 11 so I had "brunch".  I'll eat a lean cuisine at supper time with a piece of fruit and call it a day. 
 
Dinner will probably be fruit or some tofu chili.  I don't eat red meat and haven't been buying meat so Tofu is a cheap (and yummy) alternitive.

Down 20 pounds...to 200lbs. Working to get to 155. I was thinking 160 but I want to really work at it and get down to 155.

Doing really well...keeping up on my calorie intake, exercising daily...heck, I'm even lifting small weights. I'm feeling better too. Had one migane BUT I didn't take any pills (didn't know I was having a migrane either...hurt).
