OK I am 25 yrs old and Currently weigh 180 lbs mind you that is down from 300 and something I closed out my journal thingy so I dont have the exact number in front of me. I jumped off the wagon about 4 months ago when I weighed 170 something but I am back and ready to lose the last 40-50 lbs. So today i did my mile walk I know I didnt take baby steps I just went head first but i did it in 32 min but boy was I dumped when I got back to my front door. LOL strength training is tomorrow can't wait I feel like someone lit a fire under my butt. Well gotta go clean if i keep busy I dont eat.
