I "accidentally" defrosted two pounds of ground beef yesterday and I have to cook it today. I'm drawing a blank as to what to make with it. I'm not in the mood for tacos or meat loaf, and we've all got hamburger patties coming out of our ears.

Any easy recipe suggestions?
