OT not HK : Two pounds of defrosted ground beef. Now what?

 "Hachi Parmentier" was what my Grandmother called it in French but sort of similar to shepherds pie (I think)
 Brown the beef with seasoning (what you like)...just in case there is any fat, Drain. Place meat in baking pan or dish. We usually make our own tomato sauce but I've had to use jar once in a while when time was limited and that works too!!! Pour tomato sauce over the beef in a baking pan. Get some of those instant mashed potatoes whipped up...Now we use one of those pastry bags for the potatoes to make little flower like designs but If you aren't into decorating as much you can use a spoon. Place mashed potatoes around sides of pan leaving the meat & sauce showing in the middle. Top with  lots of Swiss cheese and place in the oven.( if the food wasn't still hot you can place in micro if you use a glass dish and heat it up before placing cheese on it)  Set to broil where the potato tips will be browned and the Swiss cheese will melt and become golden brown too!
