I remember my sister was on Dilantin for her siezures, and the clinic kept hassleing her because for some reason it would make her urine tests come up dirty.  She was getting so angry because she wasn't using!

They kept making her do monitored urine tests, and they would watch her drink her methadone, and STILL would hassle her because not only would her urine tests come up positive but sometimes they would come up with no methadone!   But WTF, they were WATCHING her piss and WATCHING her drink her methadone!

 

FINALLY she did some research and brought it into the clinic herself, proving that Dilatin will mess with urine tests. 

 

In the defense of the methadone clinic, I should say that this was years ago, maybe about 7 or 8 years ago, so I guess they didn't know about it yet.  But still........they should have known.  It would've saved my sister a lot of grief.
