hi rachael, my name is john, i live in england & was on the meth for years, i managed to get of at xmas, and am still clean that statement for the likes of me is a major miracle, you are taking on something that many people wont even bother to do and for that you should be very very proud of yourself!!!!! i did it 2mg evey 2 weeks while i was on a heavy dose the 2mg didnt seem to matter, i started putting in place a plan that i thought would work, this will probably sound like complete madness but it worked for me. when i got to 50mls i took it at 12 o'clock midday the next day at 12:15 the next day 12:30 and so on by the time i was to drop to 48mls i would move back to mid day and kept doing it this way all the way to 30mls, were i swapped to subutex and reduced on them till i was at the end of my script, the rattle was still a task being drug free was a task, everything was a task, as i'd been medicated in one way or another for everyday for 10 years, hang in there let us know if we can be of assistance to you, john
