caught up in feeling, for someone else, no rythme or reason, when im back on the shelf. it hurts you know, when i feel rejected, im on my toes, running scared, no-body knows. all alone in the pain, unbearable to the extreme, how could she say that, surely she knows? how much she means to me, how my heart grows, each time i look at her, and see how she glows. well the devastation i felt, hasn't dwindled away, this love i have is here to stay, she can't make me use. a painfully beautiful lesson, i learned today!!! its ok to hurt and not score, when i feel the pain im not so sure. but the facts are there, this pain is real, im feeling alive, and im still clean!!!! |

It works with smiles too, they are contagious..... Just do it for today............ Smile at everyone you see today and see what happens...... every time i smile i put a smile on the face of someone who suffered for not smiling, i thought what Julie had to say was relevent to, the hand that gives gives forever me thinks, thanks everyone for smiling at me today!!! and keep smiling at yourselves to. love & best wishes for all during the holidays aswell, im off to Glasgow on 31st december, mum's birthday can't wait, FANTASTIC!!!!!! |
