Myself personally, I'll take those Ice and Freezing Cold tempertatures because that's what I'm used to. As a former Upstate NY kid, I know exactly what you're talking about Taylor (Got to love Lake Effect Snow) but with the snow being out there, you can actually do something with it like snowmen and snowball fights and junk. Plus, in winter, if you don't feel like going outside, you don't have to and you don't get yelled at by your parents for missing out on a beautiful day. Unlike in summer where you just don't want to go out for risk of being too damn hot. With the cold, you know what you're in for but with the hot, you get to filter in humity and heat indexs and junk. Sure, there's windchill but I'll take the cold option over the hot one. And with the cold temperatures, you get snow days and hot chocolate. What's better than that?

If we all wanted too or could run around naked all day it might be different. But since I won't and can't I'd rather have freezing cold weather with the snow or ice. The heat just sucks and I completely hate it. In the winter you can bundle up, cuddle, or get a warm blanket. In the summer you don't want to do any of that. So please bring the cold now!

I'll take the real snow and ice ya get up there just so they can shut the town down

 

down here if they just call for snow furries (which is very rare) the town shuts down...so just imagine if we ever was to get the real snow storm you get up north???
