The old WCW Nitro theme plays over the air waves as PLW Xplosion opens up from the PLW Center in Manhattan New York. It looks like we have close to 750 fans in the house tonight and they are all prime and stoked to be seeing another great PLW show.

The opening segement showed Austin Brock in the back, training for his match with Scott Jensen.  The camera then cuts to show Jensen behind Brock, grinnint.

Lucas Gryphon V.S. Mandatory Demented
Winner: Lucas Gryphon

Summary: This match was a perfect opening contest.  Mandatory Demented really got the crowd going with some high flying lucha-libre style wrestling, before Lucas was able to set in.  Deja played a small role in the match, distracting Demented long enough for Gryphon to get the victory.  5 out of 10.

Summery: Quick squash match for the powerful Jason Caine, to really show his physical dominance.  For what it was, it was very good.  5 out of 10.

Orlando Turner V.S. Christopher Boudreaux
Winner: Christopher Boudreaux

Summery: A very solid contest that saw some back and forth action, and had the crowd into it, pulling for either man to get the victory because of the intense action that they were giving.  In the end, Bourdeaux got the victory.  8 out of 10.

Winner: Python

Summery: The crowd was behind Python the entire time, and it showed with Python staying in control almost the entire time.  In the end, it was Python gaining the victory, and even more support from the hardcore New York crowd.

Match 6
PLW Women's Championship
Laura Kai V.S. Layla Choe
Winner: Layla Choe

Summery: Layla and Laura went back and forth for awhile, before Monica Swhear made her presence felt by attacking the Women's Champion, Layla Choe, to cause the match to be awarded to Layla, though it didn't make Laura happy, who quickly took it to Monica.  In the end, all three ladies were going at it.
