mad i cant stress how important is to 2 have a gemini its very important i have resorted to hording one in my arean or going and finding one it helps you its like your 2nd brain i have been on this new program for awhile and i can tell you mad it works but it only works if one your not afraid to bitch 2 if you use the geminis 3 if you yourself dont come in earlier or later train your overnight associate and then when he or she cant perform time to coach this is the thing you have to make a commitment to your freight of course when you do this other things are going to slip your sales floor and sometimes your tanks good luck i am here for you btw with this being said i can tell you that my freight is disapearing at one time 15 mix now as of 4pm today one mix bag pallet
