it really angers me.... when you need help ask for it then those agree to help... and management pulls them away.  I have learned the hard way.... I don't ask for help anymore.  I do it myself.  I have often asked for help but no one comes around.  So I guess I am used to it.  Yesterday I finished my bins.  They are all inventoried prepped.  Now the bins and waco boxes need to be scanned... and I am ready for the new backroom process.
We currently have a full instock team for days... midshift and overnights... nada... we were told that we are allowed to pull from our bins ONLY if we know how the process works.

Finally......... the dept. managers now have to turn in their telezons at the end of our shifts..... this is a disasterous mistake... First ... the telezons are the other ones...next... the next two shifts who use them.. DON"T put them back and when we come in in the morning... they are NO where to be found.  This is gonna be a big freaking joke.
