Mad, I think you are in the cross hairs because you are a long term associate, with close to capped pay.  There definetely is a move in this company to get rid of those who they deem vulnerable, I hate the arrogant way that they achieve it.  Sorry this is happening to you, I am always impressed with your loyalty.
