The rules apply more to folks who are not black.  That's why the rules don't apply to her.

 

I had my "exam" today, and I survived.  The dept and the backroom looked a lot better, so everyone is happier.  I have been silently protesting this BS of not having assigned Gemini's, by not killing myself to get one everyday; and therefore, not ordering like I really need to.  So, I'll keep waiting until after 8 am to start working my freight, and I'll start ordering a lot more often.  I'll also resume turning onhand changes to Claims.  For those who may not remember, my old co-mgr trusted me to change my onhands by giving the Claims mgr shelf labels with the quantities to mark down, on the labels.  That way, the loss is captured, and the onhands get corrected even if a mgr forgets to finalize them--or decided to deny them.
