Mad, there is a lot to be said for a good attitude in the workplace, and you are one of the most positive associates I have ever come into contact with!  I think the object from the HO is to pile on more and more work, part of the phasing out long term associates, IMO.  They are hoping that associates will quit with frustration, or they will be coached out the door.  Not a nice thought, is it?
