RODENT FOOD RECIPES

Rat Birthday Cake

bakery bread
1 tablespoon baby banana food
1 slice Kraft singles cheese
Cut the bread in half and cut it so it is a square sGuiniehaped bread. Put
the slice of cheese in the middle.
Put the baby banana food on the top as a frosting.

Guinea Pig Salad

sliced carrots (1 per guinea)
sliced parsley
sliced broccoli
sliced lettuce
Mix them together, put the ingredients in a bowl, and it is ready to serve
to your guinea pigs.

Guinea Pig Dinner

1 1/2 tablespoon shredded carrot
1 tablespoon toasted grain oats
1/2 tablespoon chopped broccoli.3 medium red grapes
1 tablespoons unsalted sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon unsalted peanuts
In one bowl, combine the shredded carrot, broccoli tree (prepared as
instructed above), and 3 medium red grapes (also prepared as
instructed above). Mix together well. While continuing to stir this
mixture , gradually add the rest of the recipe. Store in a refrigerator for
10 minutes, covered. Stir again and serve in a bowl of some sort.

Little Pet Cookies

alfalfa pellets
water
sunflower seeds
Put alfalfa pellets in a small bowl add water and mix till it is thick. Lay
out and shape into what shape you want. Let it dry in the sun or cook in
oven at 97 degrees for as long as it takes. Just keep checking it.

Rabbit Recipe

1/2 carrot
1/4 bread
1/2 cup milk
Squash carrot then tear bread in to peaces . After that add milk and mix
all together!.

Ratti Patti

bread
lettuce
tomato (sliced)
cheese (sliced)
Make a sandwich out of the above and there you go.

Rodent Taco

1 small flour tortilla
baby carrots
honey
peanut butter
corn
apple chunks
other favorites
Take the tortilla and spread the honey and peanut butter inside. Lay
carrots , corn, apples, and any other food inside, press together. Put in
fridge till hardened. Cut into small triangles and you got a Rodent Taco!

Guinea Pig Burrito

1 leaf lettuce
1 stem sliced parsley
1 sliced carrot
1 tree sliced broccoli
Mix together the parsley, carrots, and lettuce. Then lay them in the
lettuce . Last roll up the lettuce. You can use a toothpick to hold the
lettuce together.

Sugar Glider Fruit Feast

grapes
applesauce
yogurt
other fruit.
Fill a small bowl half-way with apple sauce. Mix in fruit. Cover the top
with yogurt.

The Best Rat Food

3 tablespoons uncooked oatmeal
1/2 cup wheat noodles
1/2 cup crumbled crackers
1/2 cup wheat cereal
Stir together ingredients and store in a plastic container. It will last for
about 2 weeks.

TMMC (Tiny Mammal Main Course)

2 pineapple sage leaves
1/2 apple
3 inches celery stalk
4 baby carrots
1 blackberry
Wash out the pet's bowl. Put in the pineapple sage leaves at the bottom.
Cut up the apple, and put enough of it on top to create a layer. Cut up
the celery stalk, and put it on top of the apple. Cut up the baby carrots,
and put them on top of the celery. Smush up the blackberry in a plastic
bag , then take it out and spoon it onto the top. If you want, you can put
3 grains of kosher salt on top (I know some people think salt is bad, but
why would they have salt licks?).
Serve!
**Note-you can change some of the amounts depending on the size of
your pet.

Veggie Sticks

alfalfa pellets
unsalted sunflower seeds (no shell)
minced apple
minced carrot
shredded lettuce.
Soak alfalfa pellets in water until mushy. Throw away water excess. Mix
apple slices, sunflower seeds, carrots and lettuce slices in the Alfalfa
mush . Roll in a cylinder shape and feed!

Edible Rabbit Bouquet

2 roses (no thorns)
3 daisies
6 lavender (or similar)
12 camellias

Sticky Sticks

1 spoonful of peanut butter
1/2 apple
1/2 piece bread
popsicle sticks
First roll the popsicle stick in peanut butter. Then cut up really tiny
pieces of apple and roll the popsicle stick in the apple. Then crumble up
the bread (over a plate!!!) so you should have lots of bread crumbs.
Now sprinkle the bread crumbs over the popsicle stick. Now surprise
your hamster/gerbil by putting the tasty sticky treat in there food dish!

Banana Mash

banana
sticks of spaghetti
sunflower seeds
peas
avocado
Mash the banana and avocado in the rodents bowl, put the sunflower
seeds in the mashed banana and avocado. Mix well otherwise your
rodent will probably pick out the sunflower seeds. Put the peas on the
top and break up the spaghetti and stick it out of the top of the mash.
The amount of each ingredient you use will depend on the size and
number of pets you are making it for.

Berry Noodles

1 cup cooked noodles
2 tablespoons water
4-8 berries
1 crushed children's chewable vitamin
Take the berries and mush them until a chunky paste is formed. Next
add the water and mix well. Then add the vitamins to the paste which
may be a little watery after adding the water. Stir in the noodles to the
paste . Then either chill and serve or serve warm and enjoy.

Broccoli Pop

1-2 pieces broccoli
honey
bird seeds
Spread the honey on the broccoli, then sprinkle a little bird seed on it
(not a lot). It's now ready for your pet.

Fruit Gummies

2 strawberries
1 apple peeled
1 celery stick.2/3 cups white flour
1/2 cup water
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Dice and chop all ingredients into small
pieces and pour into a medium sized bowl. Smash ingredients until a
mush is formed-may be thick or watery whatever desired. Then, drain a
little bit of water if too much is left over. place teaspoon sized treats onto
a cooking sheet about 1 inch apart. Place in oven and bake for 6-10
minutes or until brown. When done, let set for 3 minutes and then feed
this tasty treat to your cuddly little pet!!!

Fruit Mix

1 medium banana
5 strawberries
1 peach
Cut the banana into 4 pieces. Cut the 5 strawberries each in half. Get 4
pieces out from the canned peach that are cut each in half. Put them all
in a bowl and mix them together.

Gerbil Heaven

peanut butter
nuts
seeds
honey
Put all of the nuts and seeds into a bowl, mix the honey and peanut
butter in it. Don't put to much peanut butter and honey in. You know the
right amount by when it turns into a paste looking substance.

Hamster Cake

6 alfalfa pellets
1-2 tablespoons warm water
fresh fruit
sunflower seeds
dried fruit
Pour the water into the bowl, and add the alfalfa pellets. Let it sit until
the alfalfa pellets become mushy. Use a spoon to mush it until it is a.paste . Cut the dried fruit into bits and add it into the paste. Drain the
excess alfalfa flavored water into another bowl, and mix the paste until
the dried fruit is well combined. Crush the sunflower seeds and combine
it as well. Smooth out the cake, then cut the fruit or veggies into shreds,
and then into tinier shreds, bite-size for your hamster. put them on top,
and pour the excess alfalfa flavored water on top. crush some more
sunflower seeds and sprinkled it on the top. Serve!

Honey carrot cake

2 pieces of white bread
small carrots
honey
plain yogurt
seeds
First you put some plain yogurt and honey in a bowl mix it up. Then
chop the bread in to halves and spread a little of the honey and yogurt
mixture on the bread. Then put the carrot in the bread and roll it up and
put some more of the honey and yogurt on the top of the bread the roll it
in seeds. Bake it until it is a little brown take it out and give it to your little
furry friend.

Boat of Paradise

1 baby carrot
peanut butter
sunflower seeds
pumpkin seeds
Slice the carrot a little bit on the bottom so it has a flat bottom to sit on.
Dig out the middle of the carrot so its like a little carrot boat and fill it
with peanut butter. Shove the sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds ( or.your rodents food) into the peanut butter like little standing people so
that the peanut butter oozes a little bit down the side of the carrot. Put
boat in rodents food bowl so he/she can find it easily. Let them enjoy!
