Grab some cute jars, make some labels on the computer.
Each sauce will keep for 2 weeks refrigerated, so don't forget to give the person receiving an expiration date.

            *Chocolate Sauce

            1/3 cup cocoa
            1/4 cup hot water
            14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
            2 tablespoons butter
            1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine cocoa, water in saucepan, whisk until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients, stir until smooth
Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until heated
Should be served warm and yields 1 2/3 cups

            *Bittersweet Mint Chocolate Sauce

10 ounces of chocolate covered mint  candies
            1 ounce unsweetened chocolate
            3/4 cup whipping cream
            1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Combine candies, chocolate, and cream in top of double boiler.
            Cook, stirring constantly until smooth.
Remove from heat stir in vanilla
Should be served warm and yields 1 3/4 cups

            *Peanut Butter Chocolate Sauce

1/2 cup commercial hot fudge topping
            1/2 cup chocolate syrup
            1/4 cup peanut butter

Combine all ingredients in saucepan, stir well
Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until heated
Should be served warm and yields 1 3/4 cups

            Orange White Chocolate Sauce

            6 ounces of white chocolate
            1/2 cup light corn syrup
            1/4 teaspoon grated orange rind
            2 tablespoons orange juice

Combine chocolate, syrup, and rind in top of double boiler
Cook until chocolate melts, stir frequently
            Remove from heat
            Gradually add orange juice
Should be served at room temperature and yields 1 1/4 cups
