Here's another way I found.

 

Go to Start>Run

Type in Regedit

After that, Click on HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SOFTWARE>Microsoft>Windows>and click on run. This will show you a list of all programs that are currently running. Try to look for Ebatesmoemoney to see if it's running.

 

After what I looked again, the software is called Ebatesmoemoney  it's spyware that somehow got installed, and now that it's not running anymore, it tried to load.

 

Also, you can do a search for it, and if you find any folders, delete them.
